Compensation: 8K-12K
Job Responsibilities:
- According to the project, research the application and selection of rare earth compounds in improving the flame retardant performance of polymer materials, carry out formula design and related experimental promotion;
- According to the use requirements and manufacturer, coordinate and promote development progress;
- Expand polymer flame retardant modification methods, improve the production control standard;
- Responsible for the implementation of the project topic and thesis writing;
- Other work arranged by superior leader.
Ability requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, postgraduate degree preferred, major in polymer materials preferred;
- Good English in reading and writing ability;
- Familiar with the performance of the modified engineering plastics;
- Research and development experience is preferred;
- Have strong professional enterprise, has the independent research and development ability;
- Serious and responsible work, positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, good team cooperation spirit
