Job Responsibilities:

  • Synthetic research and development of rare earth compounds;
  • Coordinate and promote the development progress with the manufacturer according to the usage requirements;
  • Expand the methods for synthesizing rare earth compounds and improve the control standards for production;
  • Be responsible for the implementation of project topics and the writing of papers, as well as patent applications;
  • other tasks assigned by the superior leaders.

Ability requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, master’s degree preferred, major in materials or chemical engineering preferred;
  • Good English reading and writing skills; Be familiar with the synthesis process of rare earth materials;
  • Research and development experience is preferred; Have a strong professional enterprising spirit and possess independent research and development capabilities;
  • Serious and responsible at work, have a positive attitude, a strong sense of responsibility and a good team spirit.
